They are inexperienced Crooks. Charge me $100 to visit my house to replace a lock. Then claim the door was too old to fix.The house call lasted less than a minute. Call another locksmith easy fix put a metal plate around the damaged area and added new locks. When I returned with pictures of the work that had been done. They refused to grant me any type of refund.

Jonathan came out within one hour and changed the key cylinder in less than 10 min. He was extremely courteous and pleasant. The person who picked up the phone was very nice and courteous as well. Since this place was not the highest rated locksmith around here, I called two other places before Thorough locksmith. One store never picked up the phone, and the other store, the clerk used so many jargons which I could not understand. So, I moved onto the next on the list. I am glad I called this place and all of them were so nice and courteous. Price was reasonable and two thumbs up 👍👍

Stopped in here to get 2 copies made of a key that doesn't allow duplicates without a letter of approval. They checked my letter, made the 2 copies and I was on my way. Nice and simple and pleasure to deal with. Friendly staff and cute dogs behind the counter.

I've been searching for a lock system for my business within the JC area. After dealing with a few companies that either were unfair in pricing and some who wouldn't call back or even show up for an estimate I contacted Tim and he showed up exactly at the appointment time, gave me a fair estimate, and even installed everything that day. He was even able to provide another service of evening securing my business even more. He is professional, honest, timely, and he keeps his word. I wouldn't recommend anyone else if you're looking for a locksmith.
